With Sidekix, she performed at nearly every major venue in the region, including a long run as house band at the renowned Radisson Star Plaza in Merrillville, considered a must-perform venue for nearly every major national entertainer. Bob Zak, from Plainfield, has been entertaining audiences in the Chicago area for more than 30 years. In the 90’s Twyla became an in-demand singer on the Chicago music scene, taking the microphone for 12-years as lead vocalist for SideKix, one of Chicagoland’s most successful corporate/wedding bands.
